FAQs

First Visit

If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your paperwork and new patient registration. Make sure to bring your insurance card.

Is it Easy to Get an Appointment?

We make every effort to schedule sick patients to be seen on the same day if patients call before the end of the day. Less critical illness or routine medical concerns can be seen within 24-48 hours. Well-visits can usually be scheduled within the week.

What if my Child gets Sick After Office Hours?

There is a physician on call at all times after 5 pm for medically urgent questions. Prescription refills, routine medical questions, and other office related business are not handled after hours.

Cancellations?

Cancellations require 24 hours notice except in exceptional situations. A $25 fee will be assessed for cancellations or no-shows.

Walk-ins?

Our practice accepts walk-ins on Saturdays only for established patients. At other times, we will accept a walk-in but it may require some additional waiting time as we prefer to work on an appointment basis.

Do you take my insurance? What if I am uninsured?

We accept most major insurance plans and cash pay patients are welcomed. Call for information regarding your specific plan or circumstances.
